Beyond Borders with Ethan #3: What’s The Right Path To Fluency? | Jack and Ethan Share Experiences on Teaching and Learning Languages
Jack Askew, tofluency.com and teachingeslonline.com, is an online ESL/EFL teacher, a web designer, and blogger. In 2008 he was offered a promotion at the marketing company he was working in, but he decided to quit and pursue his dream of traveling to South America instead. Since then he has been teaching English online and he has also worked in schools in Spain and Ecuador. He is originally from Preston in the United Kingdom, but he currently lives in the USA with his wife and two children. On his To Fluency YouTube Channel he helps learners to break out of intermediate and finally take their English to the C1 level and beyond. And on Teaching ESL Online he helps teachers to start their own business teaching independently online.
I will apologize ahead of time—I had some audio issues and so the quality is a little bit less than normal! But despite this, I highly urge you to listen to the whole episode because this was a dynamite conversation and there is great advice here for both English learners and teachers alike!
