Searching for an experienced, capable and enthusiastic, growth-oriented Product Marketing Lead to join our global team and play a critical and ongoing role in the execution of our company vision:

RealLife is an international social education startup dedicated to helping people make learning English a life-changing global adventure.
Remote/Hybrid | Full-Time | Small Startup (14-Person Team)
You will own and execute product marketing initiatives that drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth for the RealLife English App, a popular English learning tool for intermediate-to-advanced learners that currently garners 40 thousand monthly downloads.
This role is perfect for a strategic yet hands-on marketer who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
Requirements: Is this you?
✅ You are autonomous and adaptable, with the ability to work independently in a distributed team
✅ You learn every day. You are curious about innovation and competently leverage AI to do your best work
✅ You thrive in a global environment and culture (RealLife’s founders are originally from the USA and we have an English-speaking team in South America and Europe)
✅ You are confident working in English and have a high level of communication
✅ You have ample experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or lifecycle marketing (preferably in a tech startup)
✅ Using CRM and Customer Engagement tools and building marketing automations is second-nature for you (we use CleverTap)
✅ You consider yourself a persuasive storyteller with strong copywriting skills
✅ You run experiments with a data-driven mindset and are comfortable with analytics tools
Expected Outcomes / Results
- Leverage CleverTap and other tools to execute marketing campaigns across the customer journey
- Run growth experiments to improve conversion, retention, and monetization
- Develop compelling messaging and campaigns to drive habit formation and re-engagement
- Optimize ASO strategies and app store page conversions.
- Analyze user data to inform marketing and product decisions and improve key metrics like paid conversion, churn, and retention.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product/growth, content, and customer success teams.
- Conduct customer interviews to refine product positioning and messaging.
- Develop RealLife’s vision for marketing, expanding into other areas as needed (e.g. paid marketing, social media strategy, etc.), and evolving into a leader within the company
