The Opportunity
You will be the 14th member of an international, mission-driven, 100% remote startup, helping grow (and growing with) us!
As a Customer Success Agent, you’re expected to:
- Build and offer support to a strong and active community of students, users and fans.
- Work on having strong empathy, especially with cultural differences
- Collaborate with the product and marketing team by communicating students' needs using qualitative and quantitative data.
- Collaborate with the UX team on product testing and customer research.
- Able to use and easily learn Communication and Marketing tools, including: Crisp, Active Campaign, and several social media platforms.

What You'll Learn
You will be immersed in an English speaking company, culture, and product experience, receiving ample support and guidance for your fluency (Founded in Brazil by American English teachers, we're distributed across South America, Europe and Africa)
A deep and applied understanding of critical skills related to digital marketing, product launch, customer care and community development.
How to develop and grow a Customer Success team by keeping up with product updates and having a proactive approach to our customers.
